For the past three years my family and I have been smoking boneless Turkeys and selling them on Thanksgiving Day from 10AM to 2PM infront of the Moose Lodge. You can get one though the BBQ'n Fool. Special Order only.
We celebrate our Thanksgiving the Saturday after--to have mercy on the young married couples who would otherwise have to eat two big dinners to keep the in-laws happy. It has worked out well. They stay longer and relax before the big holiday push.
