Tell us more about yourself (i.e. hobbies, place of employment, etc.):
I am the volunteer president of the East Central Indiana Genealogy Alliance. We are a not-for-profit educational organization serving five counties in east-central Indiana: Delaware, Hancock, Henry, Madison, and Randolph, specifically for educating others about genealogy and family history. Personally, I am a certified medical transcriptionist (20 years and counting) and mom to two teenaged boys.
From your experience, what makes Hancock County a great place to live and/or work?
Hancock County, in my experience, has a lot of neat history, including the National Road and the poet Riley. I also love going to the awesome Hallmark store and Riley Days in October.
