From your experience, what makes Hancock County a great place to live and/or work?
Friendly people, small town feel with plenty of social opportunities and events; and now there's a great community calendar to let us know what's going on. Thanks!

The Arts & Events Center is a wonderful asset. We're fortunate to have a place to see local artwork.

Chris Sickels is a world-class artist/sculptor/animator who lives in Greenfield. I have both his picture books and wish I could afford one of his sculptures. He recently did a cover series for Angie's List. What a nice surpise to recognize his work in my mailbox.

I also own an oil painting by Steve Smith from New Palestine, which I decided to buy before his work becomes too expensive for me. Steve's technique keeps getting better and better.
